WANTED: 47-AL-14 VW Golf driver

There is no financial prize involved, but I would be grateful if someone could find the brainless bastard that tonight around 00:20 suddenly decided to stop his VW Golf 47-AL-14 in the middle of Marginal road, in front of McDonalds Oeiras, to ask for an information to some teenagers that were standing on the sidewalk watching the fireworks show on the beach.

I barely managed to stop my car without hitting the brainless bastard's car; the couple that was after me barely managed to stop their car without hitting mine; the man driving after them didn't managed to break in time and hit them; then their car jumped with the punch impact and hit mine.

Now guess what: The brainless bastard decided not to wait for the requested information and drove away as fast as he could!...

OK, there were no injuries; OK, my car has only a tiny scratch and the other two cars only got their licence plates destroyed and some minor scratches. But the point is: I still would like to find this brainless bastard, even if only to grab him by the shirt and teach him two things:

1) that a (conscientious) driver is not supposed to suddenly stop a car in a speedway even if he badly needs an information (which, by the way, he could safely get at the fuel station 200 meters away); and

2) that the concept of ETHICS also applies to drivers, PARTICULARLY when they know they are responsible for an accident!

So, if any of you happen to bump into this brainless bastard one of these days, please tell him that there is a "nice" lady who is very interested in meeting him... ;-)
